APPLICABLE WEBSITES

This Privacy Policy applies to the following domain names, severally and collectively: mygiftwire.com, mygiftwire.net and mygiftwire.org. These domain names (“THE DOMAINS”) are currently hosted collectively on the same server, which server is provided by a third party not affiliated with MY GIFT WIRE or RODAN. THE DOMAINS are owned by MY GIFT WIRE or the managing partners of same. MY GIFT WIRE may modify the domains available for user accessibility at any time, without prior notice.

INFORMATION WE GATHER FROM VISITORS

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website. Cookies or Session Identification numbers may be assigned at the time you sign in to your account in order that our server may track your use during your session. Once you sign out of the website, that information will be immediately deleted.

Where email forms or puchase forms are used, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on a web server or a private system owned and operated by MyGiftWire.com, LLC. EMAILS FROM MYGIFTWIRE.COM

Your email address is stored in a database on our servers, which are operated by a third party, Network Solutions. Network Solutions does not have any access to our databases and the information thereon.

You will never receive any communication from MY GIFT WIRE, RODAN or Network Solutions asking you for ANY information of any kind. If you receive an email of this kind, report it to us immediately so we may determine the originating source of the email. You may report the incident by telephone, by calling the RODAN corporate office at 954.561.0600. You may report the incident by emailing our notification division, at notify@mygiftwire.com.

Further, the only email communications you will receive from MY GIFT WIRE will be from the email address "verify@mygiftwire.com", which is an unmonitored email address used only for the purpose of sending a verification link to new users. This verification link contains a single line of code that activates a user's account when they click the link from their email, or when they copy and past the link, in its entirety, into the address bar of their web browser.

The email is sent, from verify@mygiftwire.com, as an added security measure to authenticate the existence of the Post Office Protocol ("POP") and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol ("SMTP") email account a new user adds, to be certain this is their bona fide email address.

Users who make a direct inquiry to MY GIFT WIRE may receive a response from notify@mygiftwire.com or admin@mygiftwire.com. Such communications will be a direct response to communications initiated with MY GIFT WIRE by the end user only. We will NEVER make any other email contact, unless it is to notify the user their account is being suspended or deactivated for violations of our TERMS AND CONDITIONS, except as stated herein.
